Sometimes I often hear people talk about consumer needs, wants, and demands,... but when asked what consumer needs are? What consumer wants are? And what demands are? Just few people can answer! So what is the difference between needs, wants, and demands? And why is it important to distinguish between them?
In this video, I will share the most basic concept (applicable to all industries), and more in-depth knowledge or specific concepts related to needs, wants, and demands in the FMCG industry will be discussed later.
