A few years ago, I made a bold decision. I stepped away from a high-level corporate role and walked into the unknown choosing a life of freedom as a digital business owner and remote freelancer.

Now, I work freedom from anywhere consulting on marketing strategy, social media, and writing content. I create online courses and write books about marketing, business, and productivity.

It sounds dreamy, right? And it is. The freedom, the flexibility, the peaceful mornings in places like Da Lat… they’re real.

But here’s the truth: every path has its price.

There’s no road that’s completely right or completely wrong.

Sometimes, I miss the structure of corporate life.

I miss being part of a strong team, leading marketing campaigns I truly care about, and focusing on the functional work I love.

Yes, there are moments I feel the pull — the desire to return to a mid-level management role where I can go deep into the craft of marketing.

But going back isn’t always easy.

So I continue moving forward — step by step — on this path of freedom.

With every course I create.

With every book I write.

I remind myself: this is still a journey worth walking.
