Three UK today announced a three-year charity partnership with the Samaritans to connect 1 million people with emotional support.


The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on UK mental health as Samaritans reported that more than a fifth of calls to its helpline had references to coronavirus in the past year and Samaritans volunteers indicate that the pandemic has affected all callers in some way1.
