Fintech firm Geidea selects Brilliant Basics as digital partner
Middle Eastern Fintech company Geidea, have partnered with Brilliant Basics to reposition its business offerings and to pivot its fintech solutions to Merchants in the region.
Incorporated in 2008, Geidea provides clients with cashless payment solutions for merchants in Saudi Arabia.
As a design led innovation studio, incorporated in 2012, Brilliant Basics bring expertise in design-led digital transformation, digital employee experience and customer centric product design.
Through the partnership, Brilliant Basics will develop Geidea’s positioning and solutions offerings to cater for this market opportunity.
Brilliant Basics will help Geidea put digital at the core of their business, starting with a best in class website, online and offline branding and social media strategy. Looking ahead, the partnership will also explore opportunities to develop multichannel branding, end to end customer journey mapping, digital solutions and mobile app experiences whilst embracing leading edge digital technologies for customer engagements.
